Recently, Truecaller introduced a new tool that employs artificial intelligence (AI) to identify and stop spam calls, even if the caller's number is not in the business's database.
A new AI-powered feature for Truecaller will help identify and prevent more spam. Currently accessible on the Android version of the app, the "Max" feature blocks calls from numbers that are not on your list of allowed contacts.
AI will be used by Truecaller to assess whether or not a call is spam if the number is not in its database. Up until now, the software matched and determined whether a call was spam using its database, which has millions of phone numbers. But it can also prevent calls from being made.
